Seattle 106, or How I Keep Myself Happy

Tonight's menu:
- Roasted Beet Salad: radishes, shallots, lemon
- French String Bean Salad: white wine vinaigrette, shallots, capers
- Soup of Nettles & Peas: leeks, cream, lemon
- Sunchoke & White Bean Gratin
